Amazon has them for about $4. Look up Victorinox mini screwdriver.
There's no such thing as "Too pretty to carry".  There's only "Too pretty NOT to carry"...... >:D

Belote on ebay had them for $2 but is out of stock at the moment. Opticsplanet.com and knivesplus.com have them for $2.89 and $2.97. Do a search for victorinox mini screwdriver.

He has a pretty good catalogue and nice prices, but with a delivery price tag of 25$ to start with, it's a big no for non-USA people.

It will fit in all four turn corkscrews, victorinox 85, 91, 108, 111 and swisstool, wenger or the leatherman juice. It will not fit in the older wenger five turn grooved corkscrews though.

They don't work in Wenger five turn corkscrews either, I think :)
