Half of a Gerber MP400. The MP600 does not have handle cutouts.Beat by AHB.
There's also and outside chance it was a MP450 as well. Depends on whether it's missing scissors or it's missing a file.
The 450 has a wharncliffe blade with a combination edge, but so do the newest 400's. (earlier 400's had a drop point with combination edge)
I have been wearing it around for the last day and I must say I like how the tool fits on my belt and how thin it is. I am sure it is a bit lighter as there are missing tools but I might have to buy a new one for the hell of it.

For light to medium duty it's hard to beat. The only downside to it in my case is that the pliers are so much fun to flick open . I've been told that if I keep fiddling with them at work I'm fired ! I took that to mean only the MP450, so I'm going to take the Octane to work tomorrow . I also just ordered an MP400 from Amazon.
Oh yes, the flicking is addictive isn't it? Not so popular with co-workers and wives though.
