Half of a Gerber MP400. :tu:  The MP600 does not have handle cutouts.

There's also and outside chance it was a MP450 as well.  Depends on whether it's missing scissors or it's missing a file.  :D

I guess we will never know.  :D I have been wearing it around for the last day and I must say I like how the tool fits on my belt and how thin it is. I am sure it is a bit lighter as there are missing tools but I might have to buy a new one for the hell of it. Or maybe I will just use this sheath for a Leatherman.  :D

Doesn't the MP 450 have a different blade on it than the 400?

The 450 has a wharncliffe blade with a combination edge, but so do the newest 400's. :salute: (earlier 400's had a drop point with combination edge)

By all means, go for it. I have an MP450 and I think it's a great tool. For light to medium duty it's hard to beat. The only downside to it in my case is that the pliers are so much fun to flick open  :). I've been told that if I keep fiddling with them at work I'm fired  :o! I took that to mean only the MP450, so I'm going to take the Octane to work tomorrow  >:D. I also just ordered an MP400 from Amazon.

yup I already got the Flicking bug. I have been sitting here Flicking it open in between post.  :D

I never take advantage of any warranty services but I put in a request to send my new one to them for warranty work.  :-X  I figure if I buy a new one of Amazon it is alright.  :tu:

I still feel a little bad as I only payed $1 for it.

Oh yes, the flicking is addictive isn't it? :D  Not so popular with co-workers and wives though. ::)
