Do you know the location of origin of this Vic Classic? Could it be a city or company logo from that area? It could be three light poles with a moon or keyhole background. It also looks vaguely like the Beretta logo, stylized, without the other details.

I just thought perhaps that might give some clues if their were some prominent businesses, tourist sites, or cities, in the area that might have that logo. To get a special embedded metal insignia seal or insignia implies a large minimum order. That would be a good Wiki page, various logos or seals used on SAKs.
