Interesting idea, but strikes me as one of those solutions to a problem no one has.  Of course I could be missing the point, but it looks kind of useless to me.

Merit Badges Take part in the christmas pool or a rak type giveaway. Those wanting to say thank you for a rak may also nominate for the santa. For those who posted like a boss.
