It does look a little too bulky for it's own good IMO. It's a very heavy tool at 16oz too. The sealbelt cutter appears to be at the back of the ratchet head, but I can't work out of the ratchet head is supposed to fold/slide into the body or is fixed. The body looks too wide for just the blade, pliers and multipurpose plade to fit inside
I've never owned either, but I suspect this might be bigger than the Vic Autotool
It says Phillips driver too, and the pic makes it look like that might be the end of the plier handle rather than off the ratchet. A most unusual item.
Not one I could see myself owning/using, but we probably could do with someone getting one and telling us about it in more detail
