Well they call it a rescue tool but I think its more of get you out of a pickle tool ...it says seat belt cutter but not sure I can see it, not the best pics, chunky looking glass breaker though http://www.spservices.co.uk/item/Brand_XtremeMultiRescueToolInNylonPouch_90_0_2917_0.html
I do like the fold out pliers, kinda like those on the wenger ranger series.

It does look a little too bulky for it's own good IMO. It's a very heavy tool at 16oz too. The sealbelt cutter appears to be at the back of the ratchet head, but I can't work out of the ratchet head is supposed to fold/slide into the body or is fixed. The body looks too wide for just the blade, pliers and multipurpose plade to fit inside  I've never owned either, but I suspect this might be bigger than the Vic Autotool  :o It says Phillips driver too, and the pic makes it look like that might be the end of the plier handle rather than off the ratchet. A most unusual item.

Not one I could see myself owning/using, but we probably could do with someone getting one and telling us about it in more detail

Chako, any room left in those toolboxes mate?  :pok: :P >:D >:D
