Ok now that I posted the picks the story.

About 3 weeks before Christmas the kiddo comes up and says she needs a job to get money. Well I hired her to walk on my back every night after work (it sounds wierd but cheaper than a chiropractor) For 50 cents.

Two weeks later she asks to be taken to the car store(nappa) to get mom a present. So with a crapload of quarters we go and she buys these two tools. She says that I really have to believe thay are for mommy but Well I knew who they were for ( we already got Natalie a sweater, and a new recliner)

Christmas morning she was so thrilled as I unwrapped the paper towell wrapping paper with a half role of scotch tape to hold it together( she wrapped it herself ::))

I actually got to say that this was the coolest gift I got in a long time, I am sure I wont use it much but it will be carried with the Uncle Henry knife the other kids got me 15 years ago.

Not bad for a 6 yo heh!!!

She's certainly got good taste!

Don't worry about working them hard either- SwissTech Tools are more solid than you'd expect from small keychain tools!

Leave the dents as they are- let your belongings show their scars as proudly as you do yours.

Congrats man! Sounds like the kid put some real planning and scheming into that gift!

Is it some sort of light?
In order to be certain of having the right tool for every job.........one must first acquire a lot of tools

Nice little gift that.  I'd be well chuffed if someone in my family had the thought to buy me something like that. :)

Yah it is a light. Presure swithch to keep it momentary or slide it to keep it on. It actually is a bright little thing. I was using the wire cutter and stripper  earlier to make some led lights for a halloween prop and it worked well.

I didn't receive any toy from my family but here's what my 6 yo daughter gave me last Christmas. I was touched and I will keep this in a safe place. Will show this to her 10 years from now.

Yeah, sixteen year olds are known for sentiment and affection for their parents.  ::)

anyway, sucks to be her other dads huh? You're obviously the favourite.
