WTT for a SOG Powerlock

I recently got a Spyderco Caly 3 knife. Plain edge, VG10 steel with G10 handles. Have carried it at most a dozen times, and it was used once to cut open a blister pack. It's a really nice knife that was a gift but I don't carry it at all. Blade is still "Spyderco sharp". I hate to sell something that was a gift so I'd like to trade for a SOG Powerlock. As long as it has the brown leather sheath, scissors and is not beat up I don't care what finish it has on it.

I know I have not been here for a while but I've had lots of happy transactions on both Benchmade's forum as well as Bladeforums. As long as the person here has been around I'd have no trouble shipping the knife first.
