thank the gods it doesn't have Vista! they must like you ;)

I think they just don't like Vista!

When I am home and have to use a PC at least I have this monster.

http://www.dell.com/content/products/productdetails.aspx/xpsnb_m2010?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs

It has XP on it but came with a copy of Vista, which at this point, I can't see ever switching over.

Nice machine- my Dell isn't nearly that fancy, and it is running Vista.

You know, I have been running it with Vista since I got it, and while I haven't done too much with it yet, it doesn't seem all that bad.  I haven't done much more than web surfing and word processing mind you, which one would hope they could get right!

Yes, that is a very nice PC. It is called a "deskbook" because it is portable and is right at home on a desk as well. The 20" screen is just amazing as is the remote and detachable keyboard. I ONLY use it however when I have some device that has PC only software.

I am pecking away right now on my 19" widescreen MacBook Pro laptop, but my real baby is this animal with a 30" widescreen cinema display monitor, 750 GB hard drive, 4 MB memory and an 8 core processor!

Well my package arrived this morning and all I can say is BLOODY HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Calvin this is beyond generosity.

Take a look below at what he sent me.  The picture has been taken by my new camera so is obviously not pictured;
(Image removed from quote.)

I don't know how to say enough thanks really.

Cheers buddy!!

It looks like you got everything I sent, I guess customs didn't get their grubby mitt on anything! I tried to keep a list as I was packing the box but it was too much, I'm much to lazy.

i hope you can use the maha charger, i don't know how the voltage thing works so I also sent a converter kit that I knew I would never use.

The color version of the book came off the CD in the book "Short Courses" (I think). When you put the CD in the computer there are some links to other sites for even more info.

One of the two Secure Digital cards I sent you snaps in half so you can use it in any USB port without a card reader. Nice, I have several others.

Let me know if you have any questions about anything.

They are a P38 and a P51 U.S. gov't issue can openers for opening c-rations. The P38 was named because that's how many punches it took to get all the way around a can. Great keychain tools for, of course, opening cans, opening clamshells. scraping anything, screwdriver, all kinds of things. Many countries have put something similar out. Just google P38 and you'll find out more about them than you ever wanted to know!

My mistake, they ARE dental tools but can be used to scratch those hard to reach body parts. Just make sure to wash between uses! :ahhh

They are called Grimloc carabiners. They come in black, green & tan. You can get them from a number of places, here's one:
