I had 30 seconds of "exercise" this morning.
Have thought about cycling, it can be as easy or as hard as you want to make it, plus it's doing you some good and it's a great family activity too
I'm all for a health and fitness forum.....we all need encouragement at times to stick with a regimen,plus tips and advice on what works and doesn't work.
