Hello from Toronto
on: December 10, 2011, 05:25:48 AM
Hello all.

I'm a photographer working in toronto. My wife and I have a high end wedding photography company.

Years ago I though it was a good idea to start carrying a Vic Voyager Lite + MagLite Solitaire on my belt...and at every shoot, I find something to tighten or cut or light up. thats waht's turned me onto this whole EDC thing.

I just got my LM Wave, Juice S2, and Squirt P4....and now I have a place on this forum.

IF anyone needs any photography questions answered, allow me to be your man.

Cheers.
Tony

Welcome, we like pictures here too. Pictures of shiny sharp objects impress us the most but we like other motives too. :D (like bridesmaids and such  >:D )

Nice to see someone from the center of the universe here!  :D

I lived all over the city at different points- Jameson & King, Jane & Steeles, Rexdale, Pickering, Scarborough, Brampton, and those are just the ones I remember!

If you aren't familiar with S&R Knives at the Woodbine Mall on Hwy 27, you might want to fix that.  And, when you do, tell Sean and Rodney I said Hi!

Thx for the warm welcome!

My favorite MT to date has been my Vic Voyager lite. It replaced the Huntsman(?) i had 15 years ago   And it is really the tool for me  Has everything I need. And I've used it extensively for the last six years.

I got turned on to leathermans a few months ago when Canon Pro Services sent me a corporate gift. A knock off Leatherman with Canon engraved. It sucks.

For the record. I do not leave the house without my LM squirt now.

By the way. If your in a public space don't google "squirt" and "juice"... Like I did while researching MTs lol.

I'm currently looking for a flashlight to fit my LM Wave sheath.
...and why can't I find Fenix stuff in Toronto?

and thx for the reco on that knife store in Toronto. I'll have to check that out once I get back from my vacation here in (wait for it) Switzerland 👍...where u can get a variety of SAKs at the grocery store. Lol.
