Another note she wanted me to add, her normal exercise is walking, like a stair climber, and arm weights, BUT, she just got a bike so since she switched and started doing some time on the bike rather then her norm would this have an effect?

Recovery is important.  I'd also echo about eating lean protein and good fats.  I'd also double and triple check the calorie count.  Anything consumed counts.  Ketchup, salad dressing, pat of butter, double and triple check.  Typically 500-1000 calorie deficit per day mean weight loss.  If she's inconsistent that could be one reason.  Next up is stress.  This is a biggie.  Simple put stress releases cortisol and high levels could hinder your processing carbohydrates and protein from fuel to storage.

Good rest, and as mentioned a better choice of fats, lean proteins, and complex carbohydrates.  A tweak in diet helps.  She like the treadmill and has been cycling so that will help as well.  A change in how her body burns those calories.

I'd suggest build some muscle.  Muscle is quite a calorie burner.  Lastly, quit looking at the scale.  How does she feel and how do her clothes fit?  With as dramatic of a weight loss as she's had the scale only tells part of her story.

I got a new toy for workouts, the Mrs isn’t to thrilled about it but I kinda am, especially since it’s not one of those rowers with pistons but with actual water! I haven’t tried it yet since it still sits in the living room, and I haven’t filled it up with water because it would be kinda pointless since I gotta move this into the basement, so why make it heavier :dunno: anyway here’s a pic, I must say it’s very smooooooth!

I must say it was a workout using a mini hand pump to get water into that thing! I think there’s about 3gal, and I must say it’s a good workout, I tried it out for about 3min, did 100 strokes and burned 36cal, other then that, very smooth, and gave a good feel for a lot of muscles so whenever I do a full like 20min oh I’m going to be feeling it!
But we took one machine out and put the main piece of the rower in the corner, so you only have the slide to work around,,
