There will never be the perfect multi-tool unless is specially made to order according to a customer's specifications and designed specifically to fulfill a particular set of requirements ::)

Thank goodness for that!  :tu:

Otherwise this forum would get boring pretty quickly.

Thanks. Yup, looks were decidedly a factor in the design of this tool. Also in my acquiring it :D

Just hope looks didn't bump function to second place though. So far it handkes well but I've yet to use it. Maybe I'll remodel the resort room heheh.....
Cheers!

I will say that the Free Ps really need a slip over bit driver for the phillips bit. I am not too confident putting serious torque on the thinner drivers. The thin implements have performed adequately so far, but I have been attentive to the fact they don't look as robust as other flat drivers. :ahhh

Went into Cork city today for regular shopping.
Turned out not to be that regular after all.
Got myself a brand spanking new Leatherman Mini Tool  :ahhh

He actually had 2 so there is one left for you guys if you'll be in Cork city and time soon  :pok:

That brownish residue you can see on the fully opened tool inside the handle was some old oil.
Cleaned up nicely.

Man, I love that thing  :tu:

Don't joke Matt - already looked at their website and they only have a phone number...no email. So I doubt they ship internationally.

My Wife's 1/4 Irish so we've always threatened to go. And I do prefer Irish whiskey - Connemara a favourite

"Oooh, dad! Titanium! Isn't that what you've always wanted?" says my 10 year-old as I casually flip the handles on my newly acquired TTI...thinking the wife, sitting next to me, will assume it's just the one Wave I have...true story!
