:iagree: The Cruch is a really neat tool.  Those pocket clips are pretty cool too.  How well do they work?

Thanks! The clips both work great with a nice snug/deep carry and stay tightly attached in the pocket with the wrench adjustment screw. The main issue obviously is that as soon as you need to actually adjust the wrench, they either come loose and rattle around under the screw, or you need to take them off entirely. The wire clip has a gap up near the screw so I can fairly easily just loosed the screw and slide it off. The solid clip not so much. I'm considering trying to put a little dab of some sort of adhesive under the solid clip where it surrounds the the screw hole/bit driver, so it will stay in place when the screw is lose. I'm a thousand times more likely to carry a tool if it has a pocket clip versus needing a sheath/holster (ahem, CenterDrive).

:tu: My partners son loves his Rebar and will not carry in a sheath ( like an old man ) as he says .  I've suggested a few ideas but he also doesn't want to mod it in any way  :dunno:.  So, I totally get it.  A pocket clip is easy peasy when it comes to easy of carry.

My latest (and first) Leatherman is a Rebar.

Is it normal for these things to be so incredibly stiff?

My first Wave (from Chako ):

It has since had a little clean.
I didn't think my Surge was that big until I had this to compare.

my latest is a surge and it is better than i remembered. I handled one long ago and wasn't really into it. But now, switching completely to lm, i do like it... it is a brick, but yes. Only downside that i see, is the fact that for an optimum torque power i need the piranha as well. But that, i do need with every single mt, except the wenger type. And the scissors are great.

These just arrived in today.

A moss green Skeletool and a pair of sublime green and columbia blue Skeletool KBX knives. Frankly, I think the green is the same on both the Skeletool and the KBX. I never went for the moss green Skeletool because I wasn't sure if it was the same green as found on the other one. I was wrong.

They look good with the others.

Here is a better photo showing the differences between the greens.

I picked up a very nice Blast today at a local pawnshop for $35. The sheath was trashed but I had a spare of the new nylon button kind laying around. After a good cleaning and sharpening, ready to try it out for EDC for a while.
