Hello, i got a Rebar and the story of it starts with me abandoning the hunt for oldest PST i can get / i need also one Japan made,  and obviously once i made peace with my decision, out of the blue, one pops out. Hard negociation with the seller who upped the price by 25% but i still got it. Cleaned the Japan PST real well, shelfqueen what to else to say about it, and while i was playing with it the horror happens, the lock breaks. Ohh the hell, i should have stayed in peace without the hunt. Asked here and there how can i repair it, ended writing to Leatherman and I opted for a replacement as this is what they could offer me in the situation. So, one good story how i got and "lost" a Japan PST and what a great warranty Leatherman has.

Proof that good things come to those who wait (for months!)... and money saved due to information shared by SteveC (whitemountainknives.com) and Poncho (coupon code CCE):

Why didn't I go ahead and order a clip for the Bond?! I am not the most anal person in the world, but those holes bug me a lot

Thanks guys

I was hoping that the Curl's price had not changed and that the code still worked. Very happy that nothing had changed.

After finding that the code still worked, I impulsively added the Bond to my order. This time, I can tell my wife that I saved her money. Usually I am the one being told

Didn't your Curl come with a pocket clip installed on it? Mine did. Just take it off and put it on your Bond.
