It's not really a Leatherman, as much as it's from Leatherman  I just got the heritage sheath for my Wave. Seems well made and has a perfect fit

Very nice!
As close as you can get to the original sheath that was included with the 1st generation Wave.
Do not see as many on guys belts today, but when you did, you knew that person had a Wave and that he took care of his toys

If I start and end the day above ground, it is a good day!

Hope yours is as good!

A ST200 landed early in my mail box today.

Did not expect until next Tuesday at the earliest.
Found this on the auction site, listed USED.  Seller was a 100% type, so took chance, my bid had a cap, and did not it be high with at least an hour to go, so yes I bid and forgot. My first entry held and payment was made.
My 2nd oldest LM, with 1103 s as bd 1203 handles.  Inspection picture.

If I start and end the day above ground, it is a good day!

Hope yours is as good!

Hello
A wingman, very lightly used,  best part it was a gift.
To be honest,  I confiscated it from a co worker who is not a tool maniac.
Actually all my 3 LMs are free.
I have a rebar from my workplace and a micra from another friend.

A good assortment of three very different tools.

If hanging with you, remind me to put a tether on my shiny MTs 😜

Rebar is my go to tool daily, the ST300 for bigger tasks.

Find yourself a Pulse and experience a level of eloquence that preceded the Rebar🤪

Hope yours is as good!

Good find!

I agree the rocker lock release is a unique challenge! But, there is a very simple work around.
If you have a tool locked open, to release it, you can open any other tool in that end of the handle, and it will also release the lock allowing you to close both implements.  👍
Saving your thumb!

So, I'm having a multitool month, it started with a discussion on a youtube video where they compared a leatherman and swisstool. So I bought a swisstool x off ebay ($79.99) to compare for myself,
20221020_141311.jpg
* 20221020_141311.jpg (Filesize: 235.99 KB)

and I left a Craigslist notification running and saw 2 new in packaging swisstool rs for only $65 each. I even posted it on the sak forum and nobody ever called the seller... Nobody but me, she was completely out of the past, no email, PayPal, texting, only a home phone. So initially my pitch to let me pay her by PayPal and her to ship struck out. So while on Craigslist I happened to see a Knockoff Kershaw a100. Because I had missed on the rs's I hit him up and offered $20 for it.

Then I had a dream, of the money I'm going to make selling the rs's on eBay, and I called the little old grandma up on her land-line and left her a message on an honest to goodness tape answering machine. And so I mailed her a box with $130 in cash, and a prepaid ups label to tape on the box back to me and I've got them now, one is at $100 or so right now on ebay so I might end up paying for both with one sale. The other I'm going to test that rescue cutter on before I sell it.

Then it's that time of the year for my military discount buy at leatherman, so a st300m, a topo signal, and a crunch were ordered and delivered.

And then the new/old juices appeared and I ordered a moss green xe6. Of course I need nothing more, right? Then I made a lowball offer on a spirit x so that may arrive around the time the juice arrives

It's not the honest grandma's you have to worry about, it's the US Postal employees you have to be concerned about (unfortunately a few bad apples spoil it for all the honest ones).  And yes, I am speaking from experience - but I  found paying extra for insurance seemed to encourage everyone involved to play nice (probably the extra paperwork and awkward explanations needed about missing packages contributed to the extra reliability of delivery).
