Can't believe there is yet another version of the Ti out.  Off the top of my head I can think of the Ti Firefly, the Ti, the Ti2 and now the TiS.  I have to say I like my Ti and would still be using it if I wasn't still in the middle of my love affair with my Eagletac. :dd:

A little love triangle going on there.

Be excellent to each other and always know where your towel is.

I'm still waiting for Zebra's SC52 to come out with a neutral or HCRI emitter...

Saving up my pennies, too, for a Spark SX5-320nw...  :D

You actually got your hands on a D10!   :o  Nice score!  I'm still kicking myself to this day for not picking up at least one of them when they were still in production...

Latest is.....none. I've got my light that I love and its always with me. I carry a e01 as a backup and have a few just in case.
If I remember correctly, wait, what was I saying?

Okay... first of all, don't laugh. I'm not a flash-a-holic, and I don't need a flashlight that much, that often, and when I do, it doesn't need to throw that far.

So I ordered a 'Small Sun Mini ZY-551' from Deal Extreme. It was... wait for it... $3.50 with shipping.

It's a small black aluminum flashlight which uses a single AA and has a tail switch with what seems to be a pretty durable rubber cover. The switch seems pretty robust. It claims to be 60-100lm. Ummmm.... no. Maybe 30-40, with a brand new Energizer battery. But that's fine, because that's all I really need. The color from the 'cool white' LED is REALLY 'cool', almost pale blue. I don't know if it's my imagination but it seems to have about the worst CRI I've ever seen from artificial light minus arc sodium street lamps. It is way more spotty than I'd care for. I was hoping for something with more flood. As I'm not picky about artifacts and distortions and imperfections, any it might have didn't jump out at me. it also comes with a decent lanyard.

I'll maybe make another post when I've had it for a while, to see if it lasts or disintegrates into powder rapidly.

Come on... $3.50

It is what it is: a single mode, tail clicky, using one AA, and putting off all the light I'd really need. It seems solid enough, and would probably be great for kids who are prone to losing lights. It's small and simple... and cheap.

Don't worry Lynn, I have a very similar spec'ed torch that sits in a desk tidy at work and it basically does almost everything I could want from a light.  Nothing wrong with that light IMO. :tu:

Since I don't pocket carry, it's not an issue (for me).

Received a Thrunite Archer 2A today. Only used it to try it out and flick through the modes etc in the house so far. Initial impressions are good although it did have an annoying rattle which a couple of turns of masking tape around the AA cells has cured nicely.  :tu:

The forward clicky feels good and loving the 0.2 lm firefly mode  :P

Looks like a nice little light... I'll pass until they make one with a neutral or HCRI emitter though, but that's just me.  I don't do cool tints

I received this today.
I used cheap ones from Deal Extreme before, but I wanted something better.

Never seen that one before, but I haven't been looking too closely at the Led Lensers either. I'd love to hear your thoughts on it when you've used it a bit though. :salute:

My boss came into my office in a panic looking for a flashlight. I asked if he really needed one and offerred my e11. He ran off and came back a little bit later and asked if I just carry one on my keys everyday. Then he called me a big geek.

We'll see what I say next time he needs a flashlight.     ::)

Just got this from DX. Wanted a decent uv light and the little ones are practically invisible, when making a quick banknote check. Well made and a good size for my half knackered hands. (I've become rather paranoid about banknotes, since a few friends got stuck with some, recently. One was from an ATM! )

Picked up a Fenix LD22G2 last week.  Haven't had time to fully put it through its paces yet, but initial impressions are quite good.
