its a shame you dont see your work because i bet some members would spend some good money on some of those, but i understand that its your hobby and these take a lot of effort and for that you would want to keep them. if i had that skill i don't think i would sell them.

Are there any special things that need to be done to work with mammoth ivory?  I'd be worried about burns from a saw or sander;  shattering the scale while working with it; and splits when trying to making the cut outs.  :ahhh
