Leave the dents as they are- let your belongings show their scars as proudly as you do yours.

As Grant already knows I've been after a Seiko 5 automatic for a while now. I kept getting outbid on fleabay on used ones for about 40eur plus shipping. There are a few new ones on there for 69gbp plus ~10gbp shipping (to Spain) I decided to look at amazon.co.uk, and low and behold it was ~69gbp delivered. For the US people, amazon.com has them for amazingly low 60smth USD... we have the privilege of paying nearly double over here in Europe... and rather ironically, the one I got has US papers inside... :ahhh

I'm happy I went with a new one, it's a great looking watch. :2tu:

a good friend of mine just stopped into the store with my Godson to give me my Christmas present- a Dragonfly 2! Good taste from the kid, especially considering that he's 7 months old  :). Knowing his father for 25 years might have had something to do with the choice......

If I want to know if it's high or low tide, I just look out the window!  :P

Oooh, I like the Barbie one best! :dd:

That comes as no surprise given your hopes and dreams of becoming a dancer!

My father-in-law got me this. It's the grownup version of the Red Ryder,  but without the compass in the stock.   :D

Very nice!Is it a .177 or a .22?

BTW,I thought there was something missing on my Red Ryder, over my old one!

A bit of a cross post... hope it's ok...

Today is my Swiss Christmas!  I want to thank my friends in Switzerland who have generously helped me all year. I'll try to hold up my end of the load better in the new year.
