Today I opened up a very heavy tiny box from a forum member and found these,(Image removed from quote.)(Image removed from quote.)(Image removed from quote.)8 old soldiers all pre WWII dated and all in decent enough condition for a nice titanium restoration. The deal is that I do his 2 favorites and I get to keep the other 6 as payment. Pretty sweet deal for both of us. His first 39 Wenger will have the stainless hand rubbed and polished and then gets titanium liners, bolsters, and pins with red G10 scales. I have a lot of ideas in mind for the others but I think that some nice stabilized hardwood is in order. Here are some other old soldier restorations from his collection to serve as guide and inspiration for me. Fun stuff!
