I'm working on a bladeless cybertool with custom theme... :D 

The scales were engraved, then anodized then polished then tumbled.... I like the blue/gray quite alot. 



Since I wanted a way to add the keyring, but this will have no blade or opener layer I couldnt add one the standard way.  I figured the easiest way would be to cut a custom shaped CT liner with a nub on the end to add the keyring.

Love the scales, the blue really does stand out against the matte finish.

Nice to see the Tormach churning out those wacky CyberTool liners instead of you having to hand cut them...

Well this turned out just fine...  :D  CT41 minus blade and opener layers. The keyring part I added worked, so I was able to add the keying ok.

Finally feeling well enough after fighting pneumonia for awhile to get back to work.   

Today's job was a compact tinker with initials engraved on back.  I also make a one piece solid body Ti liner/keyring holder tumbled to match.  :D

Polished Steel (400 series) scales on a spartan.  Way more annoying to machine Steels vs Ti.  You have to cut alot slower to not kick up a bur.
