Merit Badges Post your pocket dump photos then challenge two more members who must post their pocket dump photos within 24hrs for you to get the badge. Must update or add a page on the Multitool.org Multitool Encyclopedia Carry an orange item and post a picture of it everyday for 30 days. Start a thread with a photo of at least ten OPT's in your collection Participate in a challenge by carrying  a Leatherman Pulse or ST200 and post a photo of it  for thirty (30) consecutive days. Start a new thread and post a photo of the Leatherman MiniTool for thirty (30) consecutive days. In this challenge,  carry one(1) Pliers-based or Non-pliers multitool that we always have prejudice against, hate or even fear and post a picture everyday for 30 days Using EDC items randomly selected with a poker hand, post a photo of your EDC or a component of the EDC that got used during the course of the day for 4 weeks (or 30 consecutive days) In the spirit of the Batman utility belt. Cool write up on a sweet tool. Both the SideClip and Kick fill a niche that unfortunately LM seems not too concerned with filling again. I guess the Rev gets close.

Looking back the Kick wasn't hailed as a good replacement but it is miles better than the Rev filling this gap :-\

Very good necro. Great comparisons. Although different styles, Leatherman would probably consider it's minimalist tool the Skeletool. The Skeletool + Style combo is the equivalent of the Sideclip + Micra combo imo. The two advantages the current has to me is oho blade and a toothpick slot. Still, the Sideclip was probably one tool Leatherman should have kept alive for a long time 😔

I forget sometimes that the Skeley has the same tool set pretty much as the SideClip had :cheers:
