A G Russell older tool. Unused, like new. Some light handling marks on stainless scales.Has spring loaded pliers with wire cutters. Phillips and regular screwdriver, regular blade, serrated blade and file. Quality made in Seki, Japan. $24 plus $4 for shipping in USA, More for out of country.
