Come on, put me off buying that BO one. If I was being really padantic, I'd have a moan about the shortness of the screwdriver's, and the lack of saw edge on the file, plus the general fit and finish isn't as good as say leatherman, so obviously it falls miles short of a vic or wenger effort, but for all that it is a sound, comfortable tool

The Two-sided file is a bit of a let down. I rarely use the edge for cutting with my PST, but I like to know it is there. It does look a little "knock off"-ey, but then, I get people asking if my PST is "real" since some think the 2004 models are the Genuine leatherman range.
What was the going rate for an MPT in its day?

Thanks for the pics.
My file on the Multiplier has Simonds on it.What is Simonds???
Worth noting, the older Gerber Multi-Pliers we have are equipped with files that are stamped "Simonds," a highly respected old-line American file manufacturer.
