It's very nice to hear about a company that truly values its employees, rather than paying lips service to it. They invest  in a reserve fund to weather economic hard times, and they haven't fired anyone for economic reasons. And to take it one step further, they lent out their employees to other companies to keep them employed when things got really rough.

Over here, you don't see companies valuing employees like that.

Yeah I really liked that part too; the idea of lending your workers out so you don't have to fire them is really special.

The problem is that we're thinking too much about immediate growth to consider a little thing like our workers.

Nothing new if you're familiar with the company, but I'm just happy he was on the BBC.  I hope someone on the station took a few digs at ebay for their rediculous policies.

I had no problem viewing it in the US, except I think my iPad didn't like it from the link, however in the end I believe I did find a way to play it on there as well.
