Help:SuperTinker US
on: April 08, 2012, 06:37:45 PM
Doing a random trawl thru the net I stumbled on someone selling a SuperTiner with the Stars and Stripes scales.I have to say I'm tempted but dont quite know if I can make the pennys strech to get it.Have any of you got one and if so,can you post a pix of it?

Might help me not to buy it ;)

Why not sell another knife you're not using?

Or start a search on ebay until one comes up that's in your price range?

I do this all the time, turning money invested into one hobby into money for another hobby.

I sold a watch for $650 and bought a bicycle. Sold a Bersa 383 pistol and bought an air rifle.

Next, I think I'll sell an RC truck to fund something else.

This might be one of those knives made by a modder and sold on ebay.  He takes scales off one model and puts them on another (without saying this is how his unusual models derive).  You could do the same.
But Victorinox (swissarmy.com) sells a US Flag Super Tinker for $40.
