Someone wouldn't leave me alone while I was enjoying my nice sandwichs, so I gave him a few pieces..

I've got a poorly dog, he's had diarrhea for a couple of days and was also sick this morning so he's off to the vets this morning. I'm hoping it's just something he ate. The 1st day he wouldn't eat or go for a walk, yesterday he was eating chicken and rice ok and wanted to go for a walk, this morning he was perky enough but still has diarrhea and had sicked up some of the chicken and rice.

He's 14 in a couple of weeks time, I really hope it's just something he ate or a bug and not the start of something else like happened with Millie. Fingers crossed

Just got the call, he was in at 9.30am. They did a blood test which tested ok, no signs of anemia or anything that would point to cancer, so it looks like a bug.

He's got tablets which we have to give him a 1/3rd of a tablet twice a day, and 2ml of a liquid one in his food, and they recommended staying on the chicken and rice for a week.  Also has a working tablet just in case. It's going to be fun trying to get a small tablet into 1/3rds. Good job I have plenty of sharp blades around.

She's doing great.  Yes, she's very cute and doesn't she know it. ;)  We've just been out on the lead as of Monday and the only thing that seems to put her out is the fact not everybody wants to scratch her ears.  ::)

Smash it to powder and divide in three equal portions. Much easier to mix with food, too.

Great idea!

Would you recommend dividing the powder into three with a credit card?  :D

You could, but then you'd need a rolled bank bill to administer it...

The Mrs and I were watching tv in our room, the older kid was playing his guitar in his room, and the little guy was on his tablet watching his stuff. So I walk in and find this furball minding his own business avoiding everyone.. I think he's comfortable, no? :D

I'd say so, not only on a sofa, but pushed against a pillow back, then another to the butt, and then perched up onto one. I wish I had pillows that size in comparison, heck that would be like the size of a queen size bed, no?

Milo's meds must be settling his stomach and bowels, no poo puddles on the kitchen floor this morning. He didn't want to get out of bed this morning though, the best I got was a wag of the tail and a move of his head so I could give him a scratch behind the ears
