Glad she's on the mend  :tu:

He's doing great thanks. The scabs on the last 2 bite wounds have now come off and fully healed, and the limp is only noticeable when he runs fast.  It's far better than the vet said it ever would be so I'm guessing the little bit he has now will probably heal up.

He woke me up at 4am this morning barking though. I thought he was desperate for a poo but it turned out he wanted to go bark at the hedgehog snuffling about in the garden. He's not as deaf as he makes out his is. I was not impressed, and I'm guessing the neighbours weren't either.
 OMG - I reckon Milo and Bonnie were Lemmings in a previous life. They really need saving from themselves. Do you have a good relationship with your neighbours?

Dudes, don't let them meet! Can you imagine what their puppies would be like?!

 :ahhh :ahhh :ahhh :ahhh

If Milo could give Bonnie puppies I want a refund. I paid to have him 'fixed' a week after I rescued him 11 years ago. He had a whammy of a first vet visit. 3 teeth out, castrated, chipped, half shaved to get rid of matting and a flea infestation, 1 pad operated on that was damaged. He wasn't my fried for quite a while after that.

Wasn't me that got him in that state, it was the guy I rescued him and his brother from. My uncle took his brother Titch and I kept Milo.

Daisy is still a lap dog, and she's significantly larger than Molly!

I suppose you just need to get a bigger lap...

Poor old Bonnie has been admitted to hospital today - She had a poorly tummy a couple of weeks back, then she got bitten by a cat, and just as she was recovering from that and getting her vim and vigour back, she went off her food and acting like she had something stuck in her throat. The vet on Saturday said he though it may be a bit of something or other caught in her soft palate.  We were worried this morning so booked her in to see the vet, and they have admitted her in overnight for observation and put her on a drip.

Tomorrow they will sedate her to have a look at what is bothering her in her throat.

The poor thing has been through so much recently. We're all missing her - the house isn't the same.

Hang in there man- I'm sure she'll be ok.

I had to leave Daisy at the vet once and I was beside myself with worry the whole time, even though I knew she was in good hands.

She'll be back and getting into trouble soon enough!

Phew! Glad it's good news. Just rest and recuperation then? As if that's not what a dogs life is anyway  :D

Bon is having a camera stuck down her throat some time today to see what's causing her hacking. Can't settle down to anything at the moment and my stomach is in knots. Hope she's ok.
