Ok, I got a question, my plant fell over so I went to put it in a bigger pot yet when the wife and I went to switch it over and put more soil in this fell out, the wife and I are like  I rinsed it off it’s as hard as a rock, it kinda looks like a avocado but I have no freaking clue? It wasn’t under the plant with the roots it was off to the side? So if anyone has any idea please let us know..

Ok,  it got me thinking, why had my plant fallen over? I figured maybe because it just wasn’t growing strong? But what if the plant was doing fine, and where the heck did this other funky thing come from? Then it clicked, what if someone else had dug a hole to burry this odd looking thing and disturbed my plant while doing so?
Well of course it’s one the worst camera that we have but my theory was correct, and I caught the little guy red handed, I just hope my plant lives on,

That looks for all the world like a black walnut.  If it's hard it's not ripe yet, but it looks like the squirrel wants to save it for leaner times.

Well since he’ll probably come back for it I buried it in a pot and left it hoping he won’t disturb my plant, I might have to make some protector to put over it,  I got chicken wire, I’ll have to see what I can do, sorry this camera sucks,,

Thanks, they don't last long but what a show.  I'm getting Monarchs in the yard now.  I love seeing them flutter about.  I'm trying to get pics but they don't seem to want to stay put long enough.
