Worked on some Amphenol plugs for electronic equipment at work. I always have my Super Tool 300 with me here.

Used my wave to adjust my dremel so I could grind pretzel sticks to make a model car out of food. (Bet you don't hear that often!)

Used the PST II's ruler to measure a couple items here at work.  I really like the ruler on the PST as it's not obstructed by any locking mechanism (really the only benefit of not having locking tools).  It comes in pretty handy for small, on the fly measurements.

Two uses today of my Charge TTi:
1. To aid in the assembly of an Ikea cabinet, specifically, to open the package, and then to pull out some wooden pegs that I had installed in the wrong holes.
2. To crack open some Pistachio nuts. Not the easy ones, but the hard ones that have no natural openings, the ones you can never open with just your fingers.

Used my PST II pliers to remove a heavy duty staple that was holding a new pair of gloves together.

I thought my Core needed a day out, so she came ice fishing with me today.  She disgorged a lot of hooks!

Used my Rebar to replace a wall socket in the kitchen.  I now have a wall socket with two USB Charging Ports and on standard wall plug.  Less clutter on the wall. :multi:

I used the PST II diamond file's sharpening groove to give a sharper point to the Compact's straight pin.  Worked like a charm :tu:

I use my EDC to open my mail all the time, beats tearing open the envelope and risk also tearing up whats inside.  :D

Used my Surge to fix the latch and brackets on my gate.  Saw was handy in cutting a new board to mount the brackets on.  Pliers helped me pull old rusted nails out. Installed new screws with the bit driver, but cheated and used my driver to go faster on some.  Besides needing my drill for some new holes, the Surge is all I used.

I used my charge tti to put a new air line fitting on a small pneumatic stapler at work, then 2 minutes later used it again to pull a small staple out of my hand. Yeah, very ouch. What a dumbass. 13 years, first opps.  Not so bad, I guess.

I had a nail go through my thumb on Sunday. Didn't need a MT to pull it out though. It came out as fast as it went in

Well got me my 2nd leatherman today, a wave (well first was a sidekick i bought yesterday, but didnt like and swapped it for the wave today  :D)

When i went to lock the front door, i noticed teh plate on the handle  at the front door was loose.....
In stead of having to go to the basement to get a screwdriver from the large toolbox there, I used the large screwdriver blade on the wave.  :multi:  :D

It's amazing how any loose screws and such you find (or think you find  ;) ) when you have a new tool in your hands....  Welcome to the forum BTW.  :tu:

I know right?  I've found many loose handles on cabinet doors, pots/pans, etc. since I started carrying MTs/SAKs :D

Went to my new house to see how building is progressing, there were a whole lot of weeds outside, so I decided to trim them and pour weed killer, first I used the serrated blade on my Charge TTi, and it took long to cut the weeds, swapped over to the saw blade it was like hot butter through a knife. ... like a hot knife through butter :tu:

I'm confused.  I usually use two multis to tie my shoes.

I used my ST200 to saw apart my compute desk!  :ahhh  Well not quite actually, but I did have to enlarge the opening of the panel on the back side of the desk so our new PC would fit in.  I use the saw to cut it out, and the PE blade to finish it up.  I meant to try the saw on my Swiss Tool to do a comparison, but I forgot.

Nothing yet. I'm in a target rich environment. But I'm tired and nothing needs immediate attention.      Maybe later?    :D
