I did quick searches on amazon, felinevet's, and rotokid's EDCSource stores, and no dice. Am I using the wrong search terms, or do they just not have them?

I looked up the part at Swissarmy.com. Fair price at $2.80. But shipping is $5.95. $9 for the damned refill that way.

I see the scale insert pens in a few places; the ones for the full size Plus scales, but not the retractable ones for 58mm models such as the Manager or Signature series'.
