Great pics Dan  :like:.

And those benches made from tailgates are just so cool. I'm a bit of a Bronco fan, sadly enough they are not easily available over here...

Thanks for sharing your pics here my friend, sstay safe  :salute:.

Great pics WECSOG  :tu:.

The Swisschamp is stil one of my most carried SAKs, so many tools in such a relatively small package.

Thanks for sharing your pics here, really appreciate it  :salute:.

Okay, time to revive this topic ;).

I hope all of you are doing well, and I hope to see you drop in for a drink and/or a laugh here .

I'll start off easy with some watch pics from my Citizen Eco Drive Diver next to the one I got for Misses TG-24 (and I even got another one of those for our little girl).

I'm going to try and post more interesting stuff on here as well, but since my laptop decided to quit on me months ago, all I have left is my smartphone and I absolutely hate creating posts on my smartphone...

But I'll try and be more active again, hope to see you guys soon  :salute:.

I'm still unsure about the Eco-Drive. However, I made a trip to a local pawn shop today, and they had a few. I couldn't help but think Eric would have liked them (even though one was apparently worn by someone who had small wrists and didn't include the links that were removed).

Hello Eric and Dan :waving:

Thought it had gone a bit quiet here so I’ll give it a little bump

These two pictures taken from my office (not the view from my desk unfortunately) today, first at 8.30, second at 12.30. Quite a storm, flooding at one the train stations, 97mm in an hour

Hey guys,

My apologies for my absence here, real life is taking up so much time and energy these days.

And the fact that my laptop has gone the way of the Dodo a couple of years ago doesn't help either.

Oh how I hate trying to type a lengthy post, copy/paste links from Imgur,  and only seeing 20% of a pic someone's posted on this tiny smartphone screen  :poh:.

Anyway, last year has been a hefty one. Misses TG-24 got se***lly harassed by a 60 year old guy while she was there to look after his elderly mother.  A complaint was filed by the police, and we are currently in a sort of negotiation procedure with someone from the justice departement to see if this could be settled outside court or not.

Misses TG-24 has been going to a trauma psychologist to help here with PTSD for a year now, and she only started working again last June.

I think I can say that the past year has been a test of our patience and stamina, (and my self controle, because at one time I even got into my car carrying my basebal bat, ready to pay that idiot a visit.  But luckily it takes long for me to run red, but it doesn't take long for me to cool down  ;)).

Anyway, I'll try to post some pics here one of these days (I know I said this before...  :-[).

Thanks for keeping this post alive and kicking (love the Simple Minds, get it?) my friends  :salute:.

Love the pic of the SOG Powerlock Dan  :tu:.

Due to circumstances I only buy a new Multitool every once in a while these days. I got myself a SOG Powerpint like 2 years ago, and got so hooked on the compound leverage pliers I started looking out for a full size SOG that I could carry as a user.

I've got two older models NIB, but I don't want to carry them since they are so hard to find over here.

But a month ago I found a brand New SOG PowerAccess Assist and decided to go for it.

And here it is:

Edit: For some reason my pics won't show up when I use the [img] button and add the link from Imgur, have I forgotten how to post pics somehow  :ahhh.

Hi Eric, good to hear from you my friend, congratulations on your new power access, I’ve been very tempted by the power pint myself but not got around to getting one

Very sorry to hear of the rotten time you and Mrs TG have been going through, I really hope things allow you to move on from it

We’re in the middle of winter here and Sydney is currently experiencing an extreme weather event, massive thunderstorms and wind, power outages (not here cross fingers) etc, cold too.

As much as it surprises people it does get into the minus numbers here although not that bad now. Our houses are very poorly designed for the cold so feels worse than it is

Life isn’t too bad, nothing very exciting. I spend most of my free time exploring the suburbs these days, amazing Asian food to be had. You may not know but in Sydney, more than 30% of people are of Asian origin.

That’s the old Anzac Bridge H, the ferry goes from Blackwattle Bay to Barangaroo, the only one that doesn’t take Opal card apparently….when are we having that catch up

Hey John,

Great pics as always my friend .

I forgot it was mid-winter over there (awesome planet we live on, isn't it 😉).  Over here it's scorching hot, it has been like that for two weeks or so, and the past two days we even passed +37°c, which, combined with the humidity, is way too much for me.

Anyway, we have a cold front moving in at the moment, so I guess we'll see some lightning and hear some thunder tonight, but tomorrow it should be at least 10°c less hot than today.

I hope...

Just a test to see how I can make this Imgur direct link work again...

I open the pic in Imgur and then choose "open in Firefox", and then I copy the link there to get this result.

I used to be able to open the pic in Imgur, choose "copy link" there and post it here between the [image] link thingies...🙄

Anyway, I used a pic of my grab and go watch (Citizen Pro Diver, Eco-Drive) and my grab and go guitar (my Little Martin),  the 2016 Pioneer on the other hand isn't a grab and go knife, but I thought it looked good with the other two 😉.

Hey guys,

First of all, best wishes for the new year.

I hope you guys are all doing well, it's been quite a while since we've posted here, so I thought I'd blow the dust of this topic and put it on top of the list again.

I'm still struggling with posting my pictures here, for some reason I can't use a direct link from Imgur anymore, which really s*cks.

Not that I take many pics these days, but I do still take a pic from time to time that I'd like to share...

Anyway, if you guys can find the time, feel free to hop in  ;).

Greetings from Belgium,

Eric
