LM needle nose+ negitive or positive contact = def burn. On the other hand.  LM needle nose+grinder/sander=blunt nose LM. Mmm take your choice. Someone had to say it. Lol

maybe destroy a cheaper tool instead of a LM

I actually have a spare SOG pliers head I may experiment with. If it doesn't work out I can always swap the head and life goes on.  :D

That's so funny. I just "fixed" a broken MP400 with a chipped plier tip. Now I have a blunt nose mini tool.

This maybe against the rules of the LM gods but I will be making a blunt nose stainless steel version of my black tide with rebar plier head.

It'll be a little grindin' a little bit of sandin'. To round the outside or leave it chunky and square.

Much as I do like my MP600 blunt nosed pliers, I do wish Gerber would do a MP400 version as standard.  Nice looking pliers Metro.

and as we seem to have managed a three page talking without showing a MP600....

Be excellent to each other and always know where your towel is.

Took a break from Skinth work and used a table grinder to snub nose my SS Rebar! The start of The Bluenose project has begun!

If you attempt this, remember to have a cup if water and take breaks to cool off the plier head.

Finished off with some 800 grit sandpaper.
