Went walking Sunday, didn't take my usual camera. Only had my iPhone. Really pleased with the shots I got. Here are some of the Panoramics.

The first one was with my first phone camera I believe, some 10 years ago, a VGA CMOS from a Palm device perhaps (or Sony Clie).
The second from my current iPhone, effects applied.
My best phone camera was on a Sony Cybershot with xenon flash.

Both taken with an iphone 4

The photo of the boat has my oldest Daughter in it , she's followed in old Salty's footsteps and joined the lifeboat crew  :D  I do miss those days but much prefer my landbased duties with H.M Coastguard

I'm trying to remember the details - Used to be in service back in the 1940s to 50s. Found in a farmers field rotten. Rebuilt and put back into service on almost the same route.

Not the greatest photo's ever as we were losing light, but these were taken tonight as I was penning three  friends through a local lock. Each boat pretty much filled the lock, so we had to take them through seperately. One of the boats (about 30 tonnes) is currently unpowered so there were a few of us on ropes whilst a few others were on the lock itself. Two are converted cargo barges, and the other is just being brought back for conversion by the new owner

OK,  So I have not had the phone long, and I sure have not been anywhere with great views, but in my yard playing with the camera I took these  (the last one is at a restaurant).  They have been shrunken down from the 13MP originals.
