Rivets became hidden on 91 mm Vics in 1961 so the smooth-edge orange peeler probably dates to before then; the head of the tweezers (on 91s at least) went from metal to plastic in 1978 so the large-tooth peeler is likely after 1977; with the small-tooth peeler in between. These dates from the SAK OM, by way of Victorinox public relations dept.Tang stamps (ie, Victoria only before 1975), shield metal (nickle-silver before 1980, then stainless steel) and scissor-springs (single, double, blue, stainless - what dates for these?) might narrow things down. The grind/shape of the peelers, back and front, has had some variation over the years also...
