I just checked my Stats. Most of my posts happen at night. It's 5 a.m here right now.

So what are your MT.o posting/visit patterns. I know I'm not the only insomniac here

yeah i was on early this am, too hot so didnt sleep plus couldnt unwind from the mad day i had at work $:-\$ although after being on the net for a while and i feel tired now

They did a test once that I found interesting, out of a random pic of people they asked them to stay awake as long as they could. Some could only make it to midnight, others could go like three days till they collapsed, but they all only slept for no more the a avg of eight hrs,

kinda interesting, I'll post during the day, but before bed I'll lay here as i am now and spend my time online to unwind, that is before my meds kick In and I pass out, lol

Apparently I almost never post between 10-11 server offset time, which makes a bit of sense as that's 7-8am local time. During that time (like now coincidentally) I'm either in the shower or going to work and/or driving my wife to work.

Interesting - my only low post times were 5-10am. Concurrent with the hours I keep and my insomnia.

Mosque next door finished making a racket at nearly 1am last night and started up at 4am. I'm not in the best of moods!

At least I have t'interent to keep me sane(ish) when it's like this.

Internet is the anchor for my sanity too. Another big insomniac here, and the hours I visit/post can vary hugely but my lowest activity is showing between 4am and 7am which makes sense. I'm rarely awake between the hours of 04:30 and 06:00, but which side of that time band the rest of my sleep fits (if at all) is a bit of a lottery
