This is a test. This is only a test...

Trying a camera adjustment ICFT suggested. The tungsten setting makes the green background appear blue. The yellow background appears a little washed out but the overall lighting appears better.

-green background tungsten
-yellow background tungsten
-yellow background auto

Think I'm going to play around a bit with the tungsten setting. Thanks, Francis.

The second pic in both posts seems like the truest color. I'd go with whatever settings you used on these two.

A lot of the pics of orange knives on a green background also turned out well, and they were shot using the 'auto' setting (versus the 'tungsten' setting for the yellow background). May end up having to play around with each shot to find the best combination.

Or you could save time and frustration and set up the Custom setting. Then anything that does not look right is a different problem, it's nice to remove one variable as there are plenty of variables involved.
