This is what SAKWiki has to say under Mechanic variations: "Victorinox model 1.3623 is the same as the Mechanic, but includes a corkscrew instead of the Phillips. "

That's one of the SAKs I'd love to have. The auction describes the knife as a Climber, but it's a Mechanic with corkscrew instead of Phillips screwdriver (as altered.ego said).
This is gonna hurt...
