Pliers and phillips. Or pliers and package opener. I carry a mp400cs and a Dime. Mt blades see little to no use for me. They basically serve me as an emergency backup to my main blade.

Sure, if a mod can do that and if the people who've posted in the topic like the idea/think it will be fun, why not

I have no idea what to do myself, haven't done it before i.e. no idea.. when it will be possible or sth... so may be a mod could turn this topic into a poll?

With.. what options:

- blade

- flat-head / philips screwdriver
- file
- pliers
- awl
- can opener
- bottle opener
- corkscrew
- saw
- nail-cleaner
- ruler
- wire-cutters
- carabiner

....perhaps I've missed sth... and can a poll have that many options *help*

Just I haven't seen a pen on a multi tool and thought that dks might mean some SAK model (I think I've seen one with a pen, but I'm not much intersted in them, so can't be sure

It's pretty close between knife blade and bit driver for the number 2 spot.

Same here, I went with knife blade for the vote but the drivers would have been a reasonable choice also.

Probably the blade and then the bottle opener. It was actually frustration at not having a bottle opener on various occasions that originally set my whole MT obsession off. I use pilers and drivers a lot too, but it's opening boxes and beers that my MTs get used for more than anything else, haha.
