Office pocket carry: Vic Rambler, Executive, and Small Tinker.

Weekend pocket carry: Wenger EvoGrip S16, Vic Explorer

Bag carry: Vic CyberTool 34, Vic Workchamp, Wenger S557

During the week, I mostly use the knives to open packages, and rarely, use the scissors. (I have a full size scissors at my desk) No need to carry something bulky for this duty.

On work trips, I often need tools. I about fainted from delight when a Torx bit was needed to disassemble a fan, and I just happened to have it right on my SAK.

On the weekend, I use the tools for odds and ends, but never need anything exotic. Scissors, #2 Phillips, and both blade sizes are used frequently. I rarely find myself needing pliers, which I think means that I'm not doing enough handyman type duties as I should be.

I wonder if this decisiveness (at least for a rotation) has anything to do with being absent from here? ;)  Or have I really found a sweet spot?

It is possible you have found a sweet spot, just remember they have a tendency to move. ;)

Coincidentally, I've spent a lot of time here lately and I have hardly carried any other SAK than a trusty Harvester. It does feel like a sweet spot. Right now.

You probbaly found a sweet spot.

I just changed my EDC after 3 years or so... and I've been here a lot.  Technically my new EDC is still in the trial phase... more on the new one at some point.

i'd prob have my LM wave in the bag if it were me, just for pliers and redundancy

I got a compact today, been switching between a tinker and a super tinker, excited to try the compact as EDC!!!

the ranger looks like a good one, so does the yeoman

Hey dragon-breath!  Good to see you back!  :)

You probably hit a sweet-spot, but as Steinar said, they have a tendency to move...

I agree.  Probably in a sweet spot.  My EDC hasn't changed since obtaining a Vic Executive with mammoth scales.
Farm EDC:  LM Charge ALX, Vic Farmer, mini Maglite pro+  and either Pockettool X Piranha or Atwood Prybaby Roid version

Work EDC:  Vic mammoth executive, Lummi Raw NS, Atwood Wrunt

Really a great lineup.   :)

However, at some point, the novelty of another tool will call to me, I'm sure. ;)
