I had a think about what I use in the office, I mean when was the last time I needed a woodsaw sitting at my computer? I'd love to be able to use the caplifter, but the company might frown on me enjoying a couple of frosty ones for lunch.. so, we can ditch the opener layer but it would have been nice to keep the awl (why isn't the corkscrew on that layer?) maybe I'll get round to replacing that corkscrew...  but I really do want scissors. A knife naturally and nail file in preference to the small blade.

Yeah, but he had fun doing it, he didn't have to spend any more money to get there.  And it has an awl (didn't see that on the Diplomat) and maybe later a corkscrew.  :)   :pok:

Oh, don't get me wrong. I love that setup and the mod. :2tu: My favourite mod is that setup +inline phillips/universal wrench layer for all the same reasons. I just wanted to say that there is an official version of that tool setup.

I wonder how they came up with that name?  Is it more diplomatic to only have scissors and 2 blades or do Diplomats only need those items?    ???

*sigh*  I'm always behind the (8) ball... :oops:

Tune in next week when I invent the Spartan  :facepalm:

but seriously,  yeah I had fun doing it and it might be in line for some my DIY Alox treatment, or perhaps anodized Titanium.  or I did find some 1/4" brass plate, but that would take a LOT to reduce it to thickness for side plates. DAMN, I feel that itch starting again
