There were some subtle changes after the tool was released. Have a look at the saw tip, slightly different to one one I have. Incidentally the saw and opener are on the same side.

The sheath was made by another member here Gohard. A fellow on Oz that makes fantastic leather stuff. I have a custom sheath for all my daily tools I rotate.

I finally joined this club! Been drooling over the OHTs since they dropped (13, 14  :think: ) I had a coupon code at the LM store and sat here sweating finally getting an OHT, getting a Crunch, or pulling the trigger on a new Bond. Decided to go OHT in coyote. The OHT is right in my wheelhouse having everything readily available. The thing I like about the CenterDrive are the main tools being one-hand-able. Looking forward to getting some use out of this one to see how it compares.

Hate the sheath, though. Its the coyote version of the black one I got with my SuperTool300. Without it being MOLLE'd onto to my plate carrier, I just can't see using this sheath. I carry my CD horizontal, and I really dig it that way

I am surprised by how well the metal sheath works, you pull it out and the pliers pop out automatically , put it back in and they retract (not fully)

Happy to hear it has arrived safely.
There are plenty of MTs around that I wouldn't recommend... and I did have my doubts about this one.
But after a thirty day challenge and a few years of thumping on it I found it works pretty good.

My son agrees with you Zoid.  He's had his for years and decided one day to use it at work.  He works on marine engines.  He loves it now, and thinks pretty highly of his.

It being in the same size category as a Surge or ST300, I just use my normal nylon camo LM sheath that I carry every day :shrug: I fit both Wave/PST and ST300/Surge/OHT sized tools in it :salute: It took me a while to find a sheath that would last and still fit both sized tools :cheers:

Participate  in Challenge thread and post a photo of a Alox SAK for thirty (30) consecutive days. Participate in a Challenge thread and post a photo  of 84 and 85 mm Swiss Army Knives (and Wengers) for 30 days Start a new thread and post a photo of the multitool for fifteen (15) consecutive days. Start a thread with photos of at least eight different colored ALOX models in your collection Start a new thread and post a photo of the multitool for thirty (30) consecutive days. Participate  in Challenge thread and post a photo of a MiniChamp SAK for thirty (30) consecutive days.  Post a pic for Halloween of your pumpkin (or turnip or gourd or whatever you traditionally carve for Halloween!) being carved by any SAK, multitool, pocket or woods knife you may own!  Only available once a year Start a new thread and post a photo of a different SAK each day for thirty (30) consecutive days. Start a new thread and post a photo of the multitool for thirty (30) consecutive days. Participate in a challenge by carrying  a Combo Edged knife or Multitool and post a photo of it  for thirty (30) consecutive days. Participate  in a Challenge thread and post a photo of a LM Pocket Survival Tool for thirty (30) consecutive days. In this challenge,  carry one(1) Pliers-based or Non-pliers multitool that we always have prejudice against, hate or even fear and post a picture everyday for 30 days Participate  in Challenge thread and post a photo of a Farmer X SAK for thirty (30) consecutive days. Participate  in Challenge thread and post a photo of your EDC or a component of the EDC that got used during the course of the day for thirty (30) consecutive days. Start a new thread and post a photo of the minimal sak (2 layers or fewer) for thirty (30) consecutive days. Participate  in a Challenge thread and post a photo of a Leatherman Skeletool for thirty (30) consecutive days. Participate in a Challenge thread and post a photo of a Spyderco knife for thirty (30) consecutive days. Only for the 14th year Anniversary Challenge. Post a photo of any gear for thirty (30) consecutive days during the MTo anniversary month.

Start a new thread and post a photo daily of any SAK 74mm or smaller ( you can switch it up daily ) for thirty (30) consecutive days. Build your own version of an MRE using off-the-shelf components, post a photo of the completed MRE and store at room temperature for 6 days or more. Consume the MRE after the storage period and post pictures and descriptions of the contents. Participate  in Challenge thread and post a photo of your EDC or a component of the EDC that got used during the course of the day for thirty (30) consecutive days. For each of the 30 days, or for as many as you are able to, post a picture of: Progress- Meals- Activities- Gear and participate in the thread and encourage each other.
