Does anyone know anything about self-lubricating pivots?

First of all I would like some new pivots for my charge TTi, wich I am constantly modding..
I hate to have to use the tampering resistant bits all the time. Does anyone know about other pivots that will fit?

Second, i saw some self lubricating pivots over at knifekits, and wonder if this is something worth checking out for a MT . Any opinions?
