Close, the way a kiss on the cheek and being smacked with a trout are close. I'm leaning towards the latter with this seller.

You definitely send it back. I doubt this is malicious, though. 99% of the public think all SAKs are the same. Red handles? Things that open up? What's the difference? Always be careful when I comes to stuff like this. A quantity lot of 10 and they didn't show all 10 items? Probably someone who got some confiscation items, counted them, and is selling them in one big BIN lot. They unfortunately picked the most valuable knife in the group to use as a representative picture. Looks like they hooked a couple collectors.
