Tapatalk and unread thread display issue

Does anyone else notice this? So usually new unread thread is displayed in white bold while read are grey regular font and ordered in chronological order. But since recently the unread threads are somehow grouped as announcements, so they really mess up the display order by stay on top until read (I set tapatalk to display unread sticky only since some forums has 20 of them).

It's only on this forum, others seems to be fine.

We've done nothing strange to tapatalk config... so I have no idea why this is happening for you.

Maybe Grant can confirm this behaviour as I don't use it enough to notice the difference.

forum plugin is latest available, is your App up to date? Also what platform?

What OS are you using? Tapatalk is working as it should on my Android.

Tapatalk has always been kind of quirky. I haven't been having the same issues that Jie is having but I get the same 8-10 threads showing up in the latest threads list. The list just basically repeats over and over again.

My guess is that its just a glitch in Tapatalk.  Uninstalling and reinstalling it may help, but then its never been enough of an issue to me that I felt the need to try it.

I don't have that problem with this forum, but I do have that exact same problem with another forum that uses Tapatalk.

That is weird, I took a screenahot, notice how most of the threads are labeled as announcement. Galaxy s2 on 4.0.3.

Seems to be smf specific bug, looks like will have to wait fir them to fix it.

the way I read it, it's not Android or SMF but the Tapatalk plugin for SMF on Android that's misbehaving...
