Movember ,Team MULTIMOE Is a GO !

After some technosorcery difficulties Team MULTIMOE is all set  8) 8).

Movember is an annual event were fellas spend the month of November/Movember cultivating awesome moes, some moes more awesome than others  ::) :D :D. The purpose of Movember is to raise money for Prostate cancer research & to raise awareness of male mental health issues. My dad has had Prostate cancer & depression has hit my family very hard so I am VERY passionate about the cause that is Movember.

Here is my my moe after one week  :-[ :D :D


One of the girls at work said to me the other day "Mat you aren't doing Movember this year"?  ::) :cry: :D :D. My upper lip may say otherwise  :P BUT yes I am doing Movember  :D :D.

You can donate/support here ---->TEAM MULTIMOE

Grant will be joining the network shortly & stealth007s has come aboard this year as well  8) 8).
So we have 3 members of Team MULTIMOE(me,Grant & stealth007s/Terry).

Any support is appreciated & at the end of each of the 4 weeks of Movember I will be giving away a Team MULTIMOE supporters pack which will include the choice of a coloured Opinel paring knife a Aussie Army FRED & some Aussie chocolates .


The end of week one's winner is Reinier  :tu:. So mate which of the 6 coloured Opinels would you like to go with your FRED & chocolates  :think: BLACK,RED,BLUE,YELLOW,WHITE/Cream,or GREEN. These are nice small kitchen knives & no longer made by Opinel.

Ray Raker is again supporting Team MULTIMOE this year & has donated a very nice custom made knife which will be given away at the end of the month  :tu:
So come on guys dig deep & support the fight against Prostate Cancer & help those fellas with mental health problems by showing your support for Movember . :cheers: :cheers:

Really glad I could be a part o this great endeavor. That FRED looks, interesting? I was checking it out today on flebay and in one of the threads today. I'll try to remember to put up a pic tomorrow sometime.

Yes indeed, I am in!  I wouldn't miss a good cause like this for anything!

Thanks Mat for putting in the time and energy to get this all set up again this year- it seems we haven't had a year yet where we got a slow start because of some technical issue or another!

It's still a bit dark here but I'll upload a pic of my one week old Mo at some point today!

Yep Grant getting the network set up so international Movember mebers could join was getting frustrating, we are there now  :D :D

not sure I understand the movember site logic, as there are 3 people in the "network" but only 2 are on the team, I split the donation up evenly to the team members...

Yep for what ever reasons this year we could not have a multinational MULTIMOE team in the same format as previous years , Grant was able to re join this year by using old links from last year but Terry could not join the team, so that is why we had the Network set up, it is the link in my first post  :tu:. The network enabled us to have International members.
