Hmmmm, interesting idea. Seems like the easiest way would be to find a suitable existing saw blade, then contour the end of it to fit the Rescue Tool. Is that what you had in mind?

The regular saw for the OHT is a little thinner than the glass saw on the rescue tool. The tang is a lot smaller on the OHT saw too so there wouldn't be enough metal there to form into the shape you would need. Maybe Victorinox will make one sometime??
