whos got a winter fun project?

My project for the winter. Since we now camp on a very small lake that is calm and peacefull Baby Hawkchucker wants her own little boat and this is what we are going to be building over the winter.
Whats your project?

My project is the same one I have every year- work on fixing up the house. If there's any time between those projects I'd like to give some serious thought to fixing the awful fiberglass patches on my kayak... and maybe reconditioning the whole thing. Since that particular project has been on hold for five years or so I am not being out much hope that this year will be any better though!

I plan on making another bookcase cause my old one is getting crammed, but this time with hidden drawers and storage spaces for SAKs, multis and gadgets. Something like this but without the locks.

Also I've been wanting to re-scale my Spydie FRN Dragonfly into an all wooden Drangonfly, no liners but we'll see how that goes.
