I just quickly checked their website and noted that Bear & Son are only making 4 models, and all are out of stock currently. Not sure if they are still making these or are having resource shortages like a lot of businesses these days due to Covid. Your guess is as good as mine.

Thanks everyone.
That Remington Sportsman Bird Shears was based on the Bear & Son Sportsman Bird Shears which I have a photo of below. Of the same construction as the Bear & Son Garden shears model which I have also photographed. The newer Remington Wingmaster is not as elegant. Both Remington models do feature a wing notch in the shears as well as a shotgun choke wrench.
