First time I've had to tighten my Keysmart.  My small Tinker was perfect for it. I then opened some treats for my little guy.

Omg found a use for the reamer.

Bored some holes in the bottom of the soap dish in my shower.

This is because it kept filling with water and my soap kept becoming  a sloppy mess. Now it drains nicely.(Image removed from quote.)

Used my Vic paring knife to cut up rolls of ring bologna and pepperoni.
I knew my wife was a keeper when she transitioned from calling it a knife thingy to a multi-tool.

Nice pics, everyone. And awesome find, r1nzler. Love that orange Spartan. Yesterday I found a small clump of late-season chicken mushrooms (last year on the same tree it was a HUGE clump, but I only saw it after kids had kicked the living crap out of it. ).

It's pool closing season, and today one of the pools I had to close had an infuriating problem. The homeowners had their deck refinished and sealed this year, and the contractors that did that must have spread sand around and swept it to fill in all the cracks. Problem is, the sand also filled up the holes in the pop-ups all around the pool. So when they sprayed sealer all over the deck...it basically glued the holes used to screw/unscrew the pop-ups shut.

Inline awl to the rescue. It was still a major time suck, and hell on the lower back and knees, but I was able to dig out the plugs of sand/sealer and get my pop-up tool in there. Of course there was still the problem of sealer being all over something that's meant to be unscrewed... It's rather like every single pop -up got a couple of drops of Loctite. But having my Pioneer handy definitely made the afternoon go a little faster.
