I used a Champion to alter the height of my son's jail cell playpen.

The PX helped to remove the number plate on the bike (before a wash down) and then hung around for a bit

Had a pizza, the cheese was so gooey and not thoroughly cut, so we needed something to do a little cutting, so broke out the pioneerX, you know rather then having to get up and walk all the way into the kitchen

Took my favourite Camper out on a picnic this afternoon where he did a sterling job of cutting cheese and tomatoes.

I used the scissors on my Executive to cut away some periwinkle (vinca minor) because it was overgrowing my newly seeded lawn.
Wrong tool for the job, maybe, but it did work :)

I did a fair amount of work today with the swisschamp. I honestly never thought I'd get along with the brick, and as I mentioned in the SC thread, I only bought it because I knew eventually I'd own one if I was to have any 91mms.

   Multitool logic?

I never expected to like it but for some reason it's struck a chord, and while it's probably less useful than the Wave for my purposes (which was mostly banished to the tool chest), I can't help but pick it up and carry it around with me.

I also tested the Walker saw side-by-side with the 91mm saw. I didn't notice any difference in effectiveness for this small piece of wood. The 84mm saw is shorter, but also noticeably narrower, so efficiency is preserved. The Walker is a pretty impressive little tool.  :tu:

:tu:  I think the effectiveness of the SC and how one carries it makes the bulkiness less bothersome that we'd think.  Theres just so much utility in a relatively compact package.  Minus large pliers its a miniature tool box.

Mushroom foraging today. Not a huge fan of alox but the pioneer has a lot going for it as an outdoors knife (including being easy to find  :P ).

I needed to replace a couple tritium vials on my flashlight bezel after it fell.

I used the small chisel to assist in removing the old vials and adhesive after heating it.  I used the metal file to smooth a damaged spot on the bezel so one of the new vials could actual be placed into the slot.  The toothpick helped to spread the adhesive in the spot before and after placing the vials in the slot using the tweezers.

I really can’t complain when the only damage to the flashlight, after falling about 10ft onto concrete, was 2 of 6 tritium vials and a couple of cosmetic dings.
